Sign up in teams of 2-4 people to cover the marathon distance as a relay- run or walk, it’s up to you!

Our 2026 event will now have a designated cannicross category! Just enter for your chosen distance, then when asked how you’ll be taking part simply chose “cannicross” from the drop down menu.

Refreshments
Water points/snacks on route and start/finish point for 10k, however, it is recommended that 500ml fluids are carried throughout the event. Please bring your own drinks cup for use at drinks stations.

Hot drinks will be available for the FULL only at the halfway point.

Safety

Marshals will be present on the route. Any participant wishing to retire must inform a marshal who will arrange free transport back to the finish. First aid cover supplied by Dorset search and rescue.

Time Limit

For safety reasons there will be a time limit of  10 hours for the full marathon – all participants must have reached the checkpoint at Hardy’s Monument by 12.45pm to ensure enough time to complete the second half.

Preparation to take part

It is recommended that a certain amount of training be done prior to the event. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are of reasonable fitness.
